Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to read and understand our cancellation policy before committing yourself to a volunteer placement in any of our programs, as once payment is received from you, you are bound by our terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy below.

In almost all circumstances program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (to another person or to another project). We highly encourage volunteers to make sure the dates of our projects do not conflict with any prior engagements. Please contact our office immediately, by email, if you become aware you must cancel. Go Pawesome reserves the right to provide certain exceptions to our cancellation policy.

Confirmation and payment:
Once you have been accepted by Go Pawesome for your chosen placement you must pay a deposit of at least $250 per person per project. This deposit is due within 72 hours of your acceptance on the project and is non refundable and non-transferable. If we do not receive this deposit on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled by you.

Changes:
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed arrangements after you have paid your deposit/balance you must notify us by email as soon as possible. Where changes can be accommodated by us an amendment fee of $100 per person per project per change is payable.

Cancellation:
Should you wish to cancel your confirmed arrangements after you have paid your deposit/balance you must notify us by email as soon as possible. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received by email by us at our offices. Canceling your confirmed arrangements will incur the following fees, these fees are payable by you:

  • Cancellation 12 weeks or more prior to start date: 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellation less than 12 weeks to start date:100% of the program fee
  • Cancellation any date after the scheduled start date: 100% of the program fee
